Subscriptions and payments

Free and paid features, prices, currencies, taxes and duration are shown before any order.

A subscription renews automatically only if that method and the related charges were clearly presented and expressly accepted. A trial becomes paid only if the conversion date, price and billing frequency were stated and accepted before it starts.

You can stop renewals by the path shown at purchase, or ask Info@iswing.live for help. A direct purchase has a simple cancellation method. An external store purchase follows that store's rules, which are explained.

Cancellation normally leaves benefits available until the end of the paid period. It does not automatically delete the profile. Withdrawal rights, mandatory refunds and claims for a wrongful charge or a service not provided still apply. Any extra commercial policy is shown before purchase.

Price changes are announced before they apply. A new authorization is collected when the law requires it.

Offers to complete before publication: price, trials, payment provider, bank descriptor, cancellation path and commercial refunds. Online payment is not presented as open until a provider is actually connected.
