1. Information processed
Account and eligibility (display name, email, age, country), profile and media you choose to share, optional preferences and limits, messages, interactions, blocks, reports, technical security data, payment references, and verification items announced before they are collected. Optional fields are identified.

2. Intimate information
Your presence, preferences and some exchanges may reveal information about your sex life or sexual orientation. Where required, explicit consent is collected. Accepting the terms does not replace separate consents (sensitive data, optional location, promotional messages). You may withdraw consent at Info@iswing.live. If a processing step is necessary to show the profile, withdrawal may lead to hiding and then closing the profile.

3. Uses
Create and manage the account, show the profile to the authorized audience, search and introductions, payments and support, fraud prevention, reports, legal duties, notices required for the service, and promotional messages only where permission applies.

4. Visibility and location
Profiles are for eligible members and must not appear in public search-engine results. The audience of a post is shown before publication. A recipient might still make a copy. Nearby search is explained before it is turned on. Exact coordinates are not shown. An approximate distance can still reveal an area.

5. Recipients
Authorized members, authorized staff, and necessary providers, within their role. Intimate information is not sold and is not used for advertising targeted on sexual preferences. Photos, messages and preferences are not used to train artificial-intelligence models. Disclosure may occur when a legal duty or a valid authority request requires it. 6. International transfers

7. Retention
Information is kept as long as needed for its purpose. Accounts with no authenticated sign-in or use for 12 months are deleted under the Deletion page. A deletion request is handled without waiting for that period. Some items may be kept separately for billing, a legal duty, proof of consent or a dispute, with restricted access.

8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law: access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent. Write to Info@iswing.live. Identity may be checked in a proportionate way. Legal deadlines apply. A complaint to the competent authority remains possible.

9. Security
Technical and organizational measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the information are applied. No measure can guarantee absolute security. If an incident occurs, necessary steps are taken and people and authorities are informed when the law requires it.

10. Access by authorized staff for moderation
People with an explicit moderation permission may view members' photos and videos, including private media, only to review a report, moderate content or run an audit. Each view of a private media item is logged with the administrator, the date and the media. This access does not change visibility for other members: private media stays private. Private media is not attached to report emails.
