Photo and media policy

Before uploading media, the person who shares it confirms that:

— they have the necessary rights and permission from every person shown or identifiable;
— the content shows no minor, does not invade anyone's privacy, and follows this policy;
— they allow Iswing.live to host and display the content to the stated audience, only inside the service. This permission does not allow external advertising use or artificial-intelligence training.

This confirmation does not replace the individual permission of other people who appear.

A public photo is visible on the profile to eligible members. A private photo is visible only if you allow it for a specific person. You can change that type after upload. The audience is shown before publication. No platform can prevent every screenshot.

Media are hosted for the service, moderated, and removed when a valid report requires it under the Reports page.

Technical limits
Photos: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF, AVIF, TIFF, BMP, GIF and other images the server can open. PDF, SVG and documents are refused. Maximum upload size: 50 MB (50,000,000 bytes), adjustable by the team. After processing, the longest side is reduced to 2,560 pixels. A decoded image over 80,000,000 pixels is refused. An animated GIF is refused unless confirmed, in which case it is stored as animated WebP. Stickers (smile, devil, pineapple) and the oval blur are baked into the file; the unmasked original is not kept.
Videos: MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, MKV, AVI, MPEG, WMV, 3GP, MTS, M2TS and containers the converter recognizes. Maximum length: 10 minutes (600 seconds). Maximum size: 2,000,000,000 bytes. Upload is sent in chunks and can resume. The published video is converted (H.264, without intentional stretching); it stays hidden until conversion succeeds. Face masking is not offered on video. The size shown after conversion is an estimate.
