Reports and content removal

Anyone, member or not, may report content or ask for removal of a media item that concerns them by writing to Info@iswing.live.

Give the link, profile, message identifier or any detail that locates the content, the reason, and a way to reach you.

For a non-consensual intimate image, include a physical or electronic signature and a short good-faith statement that publication was not authorized. An authorized representative may act. You do not need to own the copyright to report a privacy harm.

When a request falls under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, covered images are removed within 48 hours of a valid request, with reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies in that time.

A report of exploitation of a minor is handled first under the applicable protection, reporting and retention duties. Do not forward the media if a reference is enough to find it.

Copyright requests follow the applicable procedures. A copyright counter-notice does not restore content that is forbidden for another legal reason. You may ask for a decision to be reviewed at Info@iswing.live.
